Two terms used to describe the potential of an intelligent system that has been designed to compete on the European market thanks to its unique features. NUTRAY is a system based on Artificial Intelligence (in this case, Deep Neural Networks). Thanks to Computer Vision, NUTRAY processes a real “digital twin” of the physical tray, that is a virtual representation of the food placed on it. In this way, the digital component is therefore linked to the physical part, exchanging data and information with it, thanks to currently the most precise and flexible technology.
Nutray guarantees speed in intercepting all the framed dishes that only AI can ensure. A solution that makes it possible to certify envisaged diets; a fundamental feature for sectors such as healthcare catering, where compliance with dietary regime is a key factor in patient care.
